Where Are Homes Selling the Fastest in Marysville Right Now?

One of the most common questions buyers and sellers ask is simple: where are homes actually moving? Looking at May 2026 NWMLS data, the answer depends on the price range.

The fastest-moving resale homes in Marysville were in the Under $599K range. These homes sold in a median of just 5 days, received about 13 showings before going pending, and sellers averaged 101% of their original asking price. That tells us buyers were competing and many sellers were receiving multiple offers.

The $600K to $749K range was nearly as strong. Homes sold in a median of 6 days and sellers generally received their full asking price. This range also had the highest number of closed sales, making it one of the most active parts of the market.

The $750K to $949K range also sold quickly at a median of 6 days. What surprised me was that these homes only needed about 5 showings before finding a buyer. Buyers in this range appeared decisive.

Even the luxury market over $950K sold in a median of 6 days. However, sellers accepted about 3.5% less than their original asking price on average, suggesting buyers had more room to negotiate.

The takeaway? Speed is not the same as competition. Some homes sold quickly because buyers were competing. Others sold quickly because the right buyer found the right home.
